Ticket Transfers
Effective immediately RCR will no longer transfer tickets to the following year's rally.
It has become burdensome beyond our ability to keep track of these tickets, especially with last minute emails requesting these be honored with no previous correspondence.
With that said, if you are unable to attend rally for any reason, and have already purchased a ticket you can choose to sell this ticket to a friend, or eat the cost. We cannot assist you in selling your ticket and we will no longer transfer these tickets to the next year's rally.

TLDR: If you buy a ticket and can no longer attend Rally, you're out the cost of that ticket regardless of your reason as to why you cannot attend.
