Red Clay Rally Registration Agreement

By registering for the Red Clay Rally, you agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability:

You understand and acknowledge that participating in the Red Clay Rally and related activities involves inherent risks and dangers, including the possibility of injury, illness, or financial hardship, up to and including serious disability, paralysis, or death. These risks may arise from various causes, including the negligence of Red Clay Rally LLC, its owners, employees, officers, or agents, the negligence of other participants, accidents, breaches of contract, or other foreseeable or unforeseeable causes. You assume all risks and responsibility for any losses or damages, regardless of cause.

You release, waive, discharge, and indemnify Red Clay Rally LLC and its owners, agents, officers, and employees from any and all claims, suits, or causes of action arising from your participation in the rally, including claims for negligence.

Event Cancellation/Rescheduling:

You understand that circumstances outside of Red Clay Rally's control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, civil unrest, or other unsafe events, may necessitate the cancellation or rescheduling of the rally. You acknowledge that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
