Extra Vehicle at Camp
So, the 4 of us on my team are all driving to RCR separately, however, we only have 3 vehicles participating in the rally. I am assuming buying a passenger ticket for our fourth member covers camping and the vehicle being at our campsite?

Yes, a passenger ticket is sufficient for this scenario. Also, in the event a team has a teammate who desires to stay at camp for the duration of the rally, they, too, will need to be in possession of a passenger ticket.
